Sudoku – CellMate is designed with privacy as a priority. Please read this policy carefully to understand our practices.

• We do NOT collect any personal information directly from you.
• All game data (progress, scores, settings) is stored locally on your device only.
• No data is transmitted to our servers.
• The only third-party service integrated is Google AdMob for advertising.

2.1 Information We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect, store, or process any of the following:

• Your name, email address, or any contact information
• Account credentials or passwords
• Payment or financial information
• Precise GPS location data
• Photos, contacts, or files from your device
• Any personally identifiable information (PII)

2.2 Information Collected by Google AdMob (Third Party)

The App displays advertisements via Google AdMob. AdMob may automatically collect:

• Advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS / GAID on Android)
• Device type, model, and operating system version
• General location (country/region, derived from IP address)
• IP address
• App interaction data (ad impressions, clicks)
• Language and time zone settings

This data is collected and processed by Google, not by us. See Google's Privacy Policy.

2.3 Local Device Storage

The App stores the following data locally on your device only — it is never transmitted externally:

• Game progress and completed puzzle history
• Personal best scores and statistics
• App settings and preferences

We do not use any personal data because we do not collect any. The only use of data is by Google AdMob for:

• Displaying advertisements within the App
• Serving personalized or contextual ads based on your device's advertising profile
• Fraud detection and prevention
• Analytics and reporting for advertisers

4.1 Personalized vs. Non-Personalized Ads

By default, AdMob may serve personalized advertisements based on your interests and device data. Depending on your region and applicable laws (e.g., GDPR in Europe), you may be presented with a consent prompt on first launch. If you decline, AdMob will serve contextual (non-personalized) ads instead.

4.3 Remove Ads (Future Feature)

We may offer a one-time in-app purchase to remove advertisements in the future. If implemented:

• The purchase will be processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• We will not directly collect or store your payment information.
• A local flag on your device will store your purchase status to disable ads.
• This policy will be updated before any such feature is activated.

We do not sell, trade, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties for their own purposes. The only data sharing that occurs is through Google AdMob's standard operation as described in Section 4.

Since we do not collect personal data, there is nothing for us to retain or delete on our end.

• Local game data is retained on your device until you uninstall the App or clear its data via device settings.
• AdMob-collected data is retained according to Google's data retention policies.

Sudoku – CellMate is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has used the App and data has been inadvertently collected, please contact us at berkhayta@gmail.com and we will take appropriate action.

Since we do not collect or transmit personal data to our own servers, security risks related to data breaches on our end are minimal. Game data stored locally on your device is protected by your device's built-in security mechanisms (iOS Secure Enclave, Android Keystore).

We recommend keeping your device's operating system and the App updated to benefit from the latest security patches.

The App integrates Google AdMob and may display ads that link to external websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties.
